2016年10月25日,站台中国当代艺术机构的全新艺术项目dRoom将正式启动。dRoom 计划将邀请来自不同领域的学者和研究者在项目中基于物理和虚拟空间等不同形态进行互动,探讨和反思基于当下中国的现代生活背景下艺术新的可能性之所在。

首期dRoom计划进驻者为艺术家罗苇。艺术家罗苇将把dRoom改造成其2016发起的艺术项目“Bio-R研究机构”,与来自不同地域的研究员,借用“超常感知”一词作为探讨方向,通过本次项目激发围绕超常感知和真实探究的话题讨论,内容关于哲学、宗教、靛蓝小孩、行星疗愈、声音、空间建筑与人体关系、艺术等话题。在空间中体验自身的变化,同时生产行动,并提出问题。项目进行期间,dRoom空间内将伴随着不同的偶发元素,包括临时访客或超乎原计划的可能,最后将呈现的结果是未知的,站台中国从艺术家罗苇进场的第一天开始记录发生的过程。
超常感知不是一种额外附加的感知属性,也不是无法定义、言说的不可证伪概念。超感官知觉实际并非超常,而是人类生物体发展过程中本应自然呈现的感知频带的扩展。相对应我们日常使用的感知频带,它是转译更多维度感知进入人类有机体的知觉承载体验。每个人都携带感知扩展的潜能。人类感觉的变化涉及生物体的神经扩展生长以至DNA的修复扩展,受到不同生物体模板及行星历史及现状的影响。
“超常感知”进驻到dRoom的物理空间中,空间成为Bio-R研究所的一部分,其中包括会客厅、传输中心、安全港、土地课堂和数据库五个功能部分。
“会客厅”的功能是访客会面、交谈及对话;“传输中心”由不同的快递盒和货架组成,快递盒内装有研究所成员和参与访客共同制作的作品,并寄到收藏者手中;“土地课堂”将由访客将在二层空间与植物设计师合作完成;“安全港”将邀请音乐人、催眠师、占星师等不同领域的从业者来激活冥想;“数据库”则向访客提供“客厅计划”及“超常感应”的相关资料。

在为期70多天的时间内,罗苇和Bio-R研究所策划与访客共同协助的复合型项目,包括讨论、表演、音乐即兴、考古课堂以及更多临时发起的突击行动,试图扩张艺术本体的边缘,并且探寻人类身体超乎寻常的潜能。“超常感知”将通过研究所的探究逐步开放每一个不同的“dRoom”空间给予公众体验。
“超常感知”作为dRoom的启动项目,时间将从2016年10月25日持续至2017年1月8日,同时联动中央美术学院美术馆CAFA双年展组织约20场主题谈话活动。第一场主题活动将于10月30日下午在dRoom探讨“个体意识的原初模型与社会空间”。

The participator of “dRoom” fisrt edition is artist Luo Wei. She changed dRoom into a integral part of “Bio-R Research Institute”, which was founded by artist in 2016, is comprised of members from different areas of the country, including archaeologists, programmers, artists, drama directors, ESP researchers, dancers, actors, musicians, hypnotists. We hope to spark a discussion on ESP and the nature of reality, with content centered on philosophy, religion, indigo children, planetary healing, the relationship of sound, space, structure with humans and art, and more. We will experience our bodies as changing in space, as moving, creating, and raising questions. During the project, dRoom will be accompany with different kinds of occasional elements, including temporary visitors and possibilities surpass the original plan. The results could be unpredictable, Platform China will keep recording since the artist joins at the first day.
As part of Bio-R’s joining dRoom, we will be making use of dRoom’s physical space and familiarizing ourselves with its facilities, including a conference room, transmission center, safe harbor, an earth classroom and a database.
para-sensory perception is not a kind of strange, auxiliary property of sense, nor is it impossible to define or talk about or verify or falsify. Para-sensory perception is not actually supernatural, but is rather an extension and a expanding of the senses we have developed in our long history as human being. Every person possesses the potential for this kind of expanding sensory ability. The development of this sensory ability involves our nervous system’s evolution and our DNA’s repairing and expanding process, and is deeply related to the change of human’s body template, as well as the history and current state of the planet.
As part of Bio-R’s joining dRoom, we will be making use of dRoom’s physical space and familiarizing ourselves with its facilities, including a conference room, transmission center, safe harbor, an earth classroom and a database.
The function of reception room is visitor meeting, communication and dialogue; The “transmission center” is composed of different delivery boxes and shelves, the delivery box is equipped with the co-produced work in which institute members and visitors participated, and it will be sent to collectors; "Ground Class" will be completed on the second flood space by a collaborative effort between the planning designer and the visitor; “Safe Harbor” will invite practitioners in different field such as musicians, hypnotist, astrologers to activate meditation; “Database” will provide visitor with the relate information of “dRoom Project” and “paranormal induction”.
During the period of more than 70 days, Luo Wei & Bio-R Institute would work with visitors on implementing the comprehensive project which including discussion, performance, musical improvisation, archaeology class and even more suddenly unexpected action, make an attempt on expand the margins of art reality and explore the extraordinary potential of human body. Through the research of institute, “Paranormal Perception” will gradually open every different “dRoom” space to the public and give a experience to them.
As the initiating program of dRoom, "Paranormal perception" will continue from October 25th, 2016 to January 8th, 2017. At the same time, CAFA Biennial in Central Academy of Fine Arts will hold more than twenty lectures focusing different kinds of subject. The first activity with the theme of "Primordial model of individual consciousness and social space" will be launched in dRoom at October 30th.

研究所创办人及运营者,负责整体统筹规划及视觉设计,整合与平衡社会不同渠道的资源融入研究机构,邀请成员加入研究所,并输出研究所内容。2012年联合创办Kong Space非营利艺术机构,2014年发起晶体星球艺术项目,2015年底组建生物复兴议程小组,2016年创立Bio-R研究所(机构)。其致力于拓宽自身认识世界的边界,探索意识与物质之间的关系,与不同团队合作的同时将其理念输入社会其他领域,创作媒介包括影像、声音、绘画、装置、表演、游戏编程、脑电控制等,内容涉及科学、宗教、地外文明、星象学、天文学、神秘学、ESP(超感知)研究、萨满文化、生物技术等,曾参与CAFA未来双年展-中央美术学院美术馆(2015)、香港K11艺术中心驻地(2015)、光州美术馆驻地(2015)、生物复兴议程巡演(2016)、上海种子(2016)、内燃-布罗德美术馆(2016)等展览与艺术项目。
Bio-R研究所由艺术家罗苇创办于2016年,邀请的成员为来自不同地域的科学家,考古学者、程序员、艺术家、戏剧导演、ESP(超感知)研究者、舞者、演员、音乐人、催眠师等。研究所功能包括策划展览和演出、发起艺术项目、共同创作作品,以及收集资料、组织讲座、采访艺术家、出版活动等。这是一个不断发起项目的开放性组织,一个长期开发艺术本体可能性与验证“真实”本身的机构,同时容纳特殊性人群,开展讨论及研究,具有临时性和运动性。Bio-R研究所认为新的时空概念中,事物的区分已经不再基于过去的反动或进步,而是事物间的深层联系。我们需要关注共生共存的自然环境和人工环境,以及人体与人体之外的关系,人类是否也能通过艺术拥有再生的功能?此处的再生包括意识、生理结构和思维系统的重组、更新和再定义。
Luo Wei:The founder and administrator of Bio-R. Besides administrative and programmatic duties, responsible for visual design, integrating different sociocultural resources into the institute, inviting new members, and public relations. Established Kong Space, a nonprofit art center, in In 2012, the Heavenly Bodies art project in 2014 , established the biological revival project team in the end of 2015, and established Bio-R institute in 2016. Devotes much time to broadening the cognitive boundaries of self-knowledge, searching for the relationship between knowledge and matter, cooperating with different members to spread BIO-R’s ideas to different parts of society. Preferred mediums include video, sound, painting, installation, performance, game design, computer control, etc. Content includes science, religion, foreign cultures, astrology, astronomy, mysticism, ESP research, shamanism, biotechnology, etc. Took part in China Central Academy of Fine Arts’ biennial installation in 2015, was visiting artist at Hong Kong’s K11 Art Center and Guangzhou Fine Art Academy in 2015, toured with the biological revival project in 2016, participated in Shanghai Project in 2016, premiered his piece, Internal Combustion, at Michigan State’s Broad Museum in 2016.
Bio-R Research Institute, founded by artist Luo Wei in 2016, is comprised of members from different areas of the country, including archaeologists, programmers, artists, drama directors, ESP researchers, dancers, actors, musicians, hypnotists. Bio-R plans performances, coordinates art projects, collaborates on pieces, offers artists resources, offers lectures, interviews artists and works with publishers, while providing forums for discussion and feedback, with an emphasis on praxis and improvisation. New concepts of space have theorized that the boundaries between things are not progress or reaction, but on a deep interconnectedness of all things. By looking at the symbiotic relationship between our the natural and man-made environments, as well as the relationship between individuals, we hope to understand whether humans can develop regenerative properties through art. The regeneration talked about here is the renewal of consciousness, physiology, and systematic knowledge, is being able to think old concepts anew--and so our theme is bio-regeneration.

研究所研究员 Researchers:
林琳:研究所成员,参与项目策划及具体事项协助、文献资料整理。建筑师、大学教师、城市观察者,目前为上海同济大学建筑与规划学院博士,研究方向都市人类学。其设计多以空间改造为主体,思考以空间为载体的群体认同、政治权利以及社会关系,倾向参与式设计,跨学科合作进行空间改造与再思考。同时关注城市空间在历史进程中,文化与社群的互动关系,例如信仰仪式在城市更新中的互动。
薛鳗玲:研究所成员,参与项目发起与策划、研究所资料建档、资源整合、具体事项协助以及公关工作。创作媒介以影像、声音、身体为主,关注以声音作为向导的冥想方式,试图通过频率调试以协助对精神生命的疗愈。擅长即兴以及采样拼贴,通过不同媒介的尝试,以达成有机体、声音以及视像空间的交互。
曾诺拉:研究所成员,参与策划、信息提供、多维概念架构整合、项目艺术创意执行,负责美国地区研究所相关工作。毕业于加州艺术学院社会实践艺术与公共形式系。其创作涉及思考体验现实与本质的具现化关系。基于社会实践艺术的理念,结合行动、地景、影像艺术、行为表演、舞蹈、装置、声音、社会介入治疗游戏等,与艺术家、建筑设计师、社群协调者、动植物保护沟通工作者等跨领域人士一起合作探讨空间疗愈与多维宇宙扩展的生态行星搭建与人类生活的多种可能性。在发展中结合声音治疗、戏剧治疗、创造性表达艺术、舞蹈治疗等多种方式介入人类性灵与身体转化的生命发展和社群实践。
杨烟濛:研究所成员,专注于多维生物体疗愈,音乐、声音疗愈与生物体联系。关注人类与行星的未来发展潜能。基于社会人类状态与情绪等方向研究人类群体及多维超感知能力(ESP)潜能发展的靛蓝儿童群体。
邵学成:研究所成员,参与信息采集、项目发起。中央美术学院文化遗产与美术考古博士,美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)中国研究中心访问研究员,亚洲宗教考古美术研究协会会员,长期从事亚洲宗教美术史与丝绸之路文化遗产研究,关注神话传说、探险文学创作。现致力于研究阿富汗巴米扬遗址和犍陀罗佛教美术,探索复数文化中干地艺术的边缘与界限。
曾不容:研究所成员,发起项目、访谈、翻译,负责欧洲地区研究所相关工作。编剧、导演、演员。先后就读于北京大学俄语系和中文系、纽约大学艺术学院表演研究系、英国华威大学、都柏林圣三一及贝尔格莱德艺术大学。2007年开始创作小说和戏剧,作品在国内外发表和上演,后涉足当代表演艺术。曾任职于北京蓬蒿剧场、伦敦现场艺术发展机构(LADA)、贝尔格莱德表演艺术中心等。著有《当代表演艺术的发生:1920年代到现在》,关注领域:身体写作,行为/表演对表演者自身和观众的转化。
高衍川:研究所成员,参与资料编写、信息提供等。生态主义者,倡导动物保护和动物福利,从不同层面关注自然生态与人类多元一体建构的实践:从社会建构、社会批判和意识形态反思自然生态与人类同位的合理性;从觉知和心智层面探索自然生态与人类一体的共振和源起。

Lin Lin:Researcher, project designer, technical assistant, digital resource organizer. Architect, college professor, city observer, currently getting PhD in Shanghai Tongji College, with a focus on urban anthropology, especially the kind that involves spatial reconfiguration, how community understanding functions through space, political power and social relations, interested in participative design, interdisciplinary cooperation. Interested in urban space’s progression through history, the interrelations between culture community, for example, in religious ceremonies’ influence on urban renewal.
Xue Man Ling: Researcher, in charge of planning and execution, resource archiver, digital resource organization, technical assistant, and public relations work. Graduate of CAFA’s video art department. Preferred mediums video art, sound, and bodily art, auditory signal meditation, interested in the healing properties of different wave frequencies. Specializes in improvisation and pastiche and multimedia experimentations to develop a kind of living, interactive audiovisual space.
Zeng Nuo La :Researcher, information services, assistant planner, multidimensional conceptual organizer, implementer, in charge of the institute’s American research center. Graduated from California Institute of the Arts with a degree in performance art and public appearances department.Creating, experiencing, realizing relationships. Based in theories of social practice and interdisciplinary research to investigate the potential for developing between humanity and our planet, the many potentials for community practise, combining mobile performance, social games, sound therapy, drama therapy, creative expressionist art, dance therapy, and multiple types of organic therapy. Also combines planetary geography and neurobiology to investigate how humanity and indigo children and supernatural experiences relate to our contemporary and future lives.
Yang Yan Meng:Researcher, observer. Focuses on sound art, music, sound therapy and the relationship between organic lifeforms and their therapeutic purposes, interested in language’s multivalent structures and feedback design, as well as analyzing the potentials inherent in the link between the creator and her artwork. Interested in a many-angled approach to researching society and humanity’s many states and moods. Interested in researching planetary environment, its structure and history, as well as the life of the planet (including flora and fauna) and its extra-scientific implications.
Zeng Bu Rong:Researcher, project coordinator, interviewer, translator, in charge of the institute’s European branch. Screenwriter, director, actor. Graduate of Beijing University’s Russian and Chinese departments, New York University’s art school with a degree in performance studies, and the MAIPR joint program at Warwick University, Trinity College, Dublin, and University of Arts in Belgrade. Has held a positions at Beijing’s Penghao theater, London’s Live Art Development Agency, Belgrade’s performance art center, etc. Author of The Rise of Contemporary Performance Art: 1920-Now, about the body-as-text, movement/performance’s transformation of the artist and the audience.
Gao Yan Chuan:Researcher, information editor, information service provider. Animal rights’ advocate, multi-angled approach to how humanity might fit into ecological systems, viz, from social structure, social critique, and ideology. Interested in the hierarchical position of humans and the ecology. Interested in investigations into the resonance between humans and their natural environment.

dRoom是站台中国当代艺术机构推出的一个全新的艺术项目。艺术家,学者和研究者将基于物理和虚拟空间等不同形态进行互动。探讨和反思基于当下中国的现代生活背景下艺术新的可能性之所在——艺术与现代社会各领域间所产生的边界互融和相互介入的可能性,艺术对于人之意识、信仰、体验、行为、超感知等等的个体经验。我们期望生成一个基于艺术生态内部参与者的突破性思考和能量转化的渠道。
dRoom将不定期的邀请不同的客人进驻,转换为主人的身份策划项目,并围绕主题主持其在不同领域关注的研究和探讨。可能是——聊天耳语、座谈讨论、线上直播、虚拟现实、日常行为、艺术创作、集市练摊、开趴高嗨、公益筹款、工作坊......它以开放的姿态 共同探讨和交流各种从艺术延伸开来的可能性。
dRoom is a brand new art project launched by Platform China Contemporary Art institute.Artists, scholars and researchers will interact with each other based on the physicality, virtual space and other kinds of forms.To discuss and explore the new artistic possibility under the social context of Chinese modern life. The possibility of intervention and marginal reflection generated by art to the other fields in the society...The deeper individual experience on art, such as consciousness, belief, behavior and perception.We are expecting to generate an active platform of breakthrough thought and energy transformation based on an inner participant from the art ecosystem.
We will irregularly invite different guests to be the host of dRoom.Focus on the topic, to organize and design his/her own project and concern, and to discuss and explore in different ways. It can be — chat & whisper, lecture & discussion,online live, virtual reality, daily life, creating artworks, market fairs, parties, public charity fundraising, open workshops......With an open attitude to discuss and exchange any possibilities generated by art.
