Splendid Cluster——Shanghai Contemporary Ink Art Exhibition
艳阳的四月，花团锦簇，姹紫嫣红，灿烂的春天绽放到了最美的时刻。
The sunny April is full of flowers and colorful， and the splendid spring blooms to the most beautiful moment。
国际文化交流创新中心（ICEIC）联袂德必外滩8号，于2018年4月27日—28日，在上海独具特色的德必外滩八号的艺术空间，举办《 锦簇 —— 上海当代水墨邀请展 》，倾情呈现著名艺术家张培础、季平、李言、崔彤等十一位水墨画家的精美作品，以璀璨的艺术姿态，以丰富的表现张力，让水墨艺术在当代语境中对话最诗意的境界。
The International Culture Exchange And Innovation Center together with DoBe WE“@BUND 8 will hold the 《Splendid Cluster —— Shanghai Contemporary Ink Art Exhibition 》in the unique art space of DoBe WE”@BUND 8 on April 27 and 28.The exhibition will show the exquisite works of eleven ink painters，including Zhang Peichu， Ji Ping， Li Yan and Cui Tong etc.The exhibition also will show us the most poetic realm in the contemporary context by the artful gesture，rich performance tension。
水墨作为中国人的思想表现实体，从未在千百年的文艺流变中缺席。这片土地上，无论抱持家国忧心的士大夫，还是避世修真的隐士，抑或超脱六道的佛弟子，乃至游走市井的天涯人，都在这个文化熔炉中，用逐渐凝聚起来的语言诉说着自己的故事和情怀。
Ink painting is a Chinese expressionistic art evolved in the cultural history。 All works of life， including scholar-gentries bearing in mind the value of family and nation， hermits escaping from the life perspective to seek apotheosis， Buddhist disciples detaching the six realms of the Wheel of Life， and the wanderers traveling around the corners of the earth， have long been experiencing sublimation in the cultural furnace to find ways using accumulatively distilled artistic languages to tell their stories and passions。
自我表达本没有高低贵贱，只是贵在真实。如果有一个所在，人们沉浸在生活的情调当中，同时，现实而忙碌，一切人的思想都与他人有着密不可分的纠缠，将真实的自我反应在经济行为中，那必然就是上海。
Self-expression could never be ranked as lowliness or nobleness but the merit lies in the truth。 If there as a place where people immerse in the life sentiment while busy in reality， all peoples’ thoughts are indeed interwoven with others and reflect true self-response in economic activities， then the place is without doubt in Shanghai。
这个充满魔幻色彩的都市，在百年的近代中国扮演着极为重要的角色。这里作为中国最重要的窗口之一经历了太多悲喜荣辱，时间的磨砺让她把一切都看淡。反倒是落到实处的生活本身，上升到了艺术的层面。
This magical city has played an extremely paramount role in modern China。 As one of the most important windows， this city has gone through too much joyful and sadness， honorable and discreditable。 She began to hold negative attitude towards everything over time。 But the life itself has risen to the artistic level。
艺术生活化、生活艺术化——这里悄然进行着的，是一场自觉而不太明显的变革，缓慢的让艺术从琼楼玉宇的王谢堂变得真实可触。
Let life be artistic and let art integrate into life——now we are having a self-conscious and less obvious change in a quiet way。 The change of art is slowly from the great crystal and jade mansions to real， touchable and humbler homes。

Zong Xitao
Zong Xitao is graduated from College of Fine Arts， Shanghai Normal University。 His teacher is Professor Zhang Peicheng and Professor Jiang Yongan。 He has held individual art exhibition in many places like “Makeup——Modern Chinese painting exhibition by Zong Xitao” in Fukuoka， Japan， “The world of circus troop——character works of Chinese ink painting exhibition by Zong Xitao” in Nanjing， “The side of Chinese ink painting——Chinese ink painting exhibition by Zong Xitao” and so on。 His artwork has once won the first prize of “Exhibition recommended by nationwide young and middle-aged artists”。 He is the member of Chinese painting studio， College of Fine Arts， Shanghai Normal University and the member of Shanghai style。 Now he is the most charismatic contemporary artist in Shanghai。
李知弥
2003年毕业于中国美术学院。自幼习画，喜读诗词。职业画家。现居上海。一直专注于水墨艺术创作，绘《知弥先生》《常相知》，上海当代水墨最具影响力的艺术家
Li Zhimi
Li Zhimi is graduated from China Academy of Art in 2003。 He started to learn painting since childhood and love to read poems。 Now he is a professional painter and lives in Shanghai。 He focus attention on ink and wash artworks all the time。 His representative work is “Mr Zhimi” and “knowing each other”。 Now he is one of the most influential artist of contemporary ink paintings in Shanghai。
郭彬彬
广州美院版画系本科，中央美院壁画系研究生毕业。师从曹力、陈文骥，现居北京，自由艺术家。
Guo Binbin
He is graduated from the Printmaking Department of the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts and also from the Mural Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts。 He studied from Cao Li and Chen Wenji and now lives in Beijing as a freelance artist。
李忠印
师从张培成教授，姜永安教授。现工作生活于上海作品被中华艺术宫，徐汇艺术馆收藏。上海大学美术学院水墨缘工作室画家。上海美术家协会会员。
Li Zhongyin
He studied from professor Zhang Peicheng and Jiang Yong‘an。 Now he is working and living in Shanghai and his works is collected by the Chinese Art Palace and Xuhui Art Museum。 He is also a painter of ink studio in College of Fine Arts， Shanghai University and member of Shanghai Artists Association。

毕业于鲁迅美术学院中国人物画工作室，硕士学位，现工作生活于上海。
Sun Yuan
Graduated from the Chinese figure painting studio and master‘s degree of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts。 He now lives and works in Shanghai。

2016年毕业于鲁迅美术学院中国画系当代中国国画造型语言研究方向，2017年居于上海从事绘画创作。作品以人物为主。
Dai Yinglun
In 2016， he is graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting at the Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts， studying contemporary Chinese painting language。 In 2017， he lived in Shanghai and engaged in painting creation。 His works are mainly on depicting figures。
